This all-road bike was designed for a compact rider to give stable handling over all-road terrain.
The frame is based around 650b wheels (27.5 inch diameter). Another scale reference is the seat tube: it’s just over 1 foot long, at 38 cm (15 inches).
The long wheelbase gives directional stability and creates the sensation of sitting inside the bike, rather than over it. Standover height is roomy, to allow confident stops and dismount on varied terrain.
Large tires and low pressures give large contact patches. Enve G-series carbon wheels have large internal width to increase tire volume.
The Enve carbon cockpit and titanium seatpost keep the bike light and the ride compliant.
GRX levers were chosen because the small reach allows people with small hands to have confident modulation in the hoods or the drops.
